If you've forgot your password.
These are the steps required to regain a password
of your choice. |
1. Go to SA Derivatives home page.
2. Click on Login.
3. Click on "Forgotten your password".
4. Answer the security question.
5. An unfriendly, generated password will be mailed to your email address (couple of minutes).
6. Copy that password from the email.
7. Log in using that generated password (paste it in).
8. Once you are successfully logged in, choose "Change your password" from the Client Accounts Menu
9. Paste the generated password in where prompted.
10. Now type in your own selected password where prompted. Click "Change Password Button" And there you go.
Please note: Your selected password should comply with these rules for the sake
of your own data security:
The password should be at least 7 characters long and must include 1 non-alphanumeric
character,
like @ or # or $ or % so "$humphrey" would work fine, for example.
